An expert in human rights and child protection, I have 20 years of experience in project management, capacity building, coaching, training, and research. I have worked in 15 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America, strengthening protection systems and promoting the participation and well-being of women, children and youth.
With proven leadership to oversee complex projects, I enjoy working in a team and developing strategies that address key issues, such as violence prevention, access to justice or climate change. My proactive and collaborative approach allows me to create dynamic work environments and manage multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. I work in French and English and also speak Spanish.
As a trainer and coach, I have worked with dozens of professionals, women and families in building their capacities and promoting concrete and lasting changes in their professional or family lives.
