Type du projet

Conférence internationale et publication

Date

2016

This research explores the evolving recognition of children’s right to access justice when their rights are violated. Despite their general lack of legal capacity to act directly in domestic courts, international judicial bodies are increasingly acknowledging their procedural rights. The study highlights the role of international mechanisms in allowing children to seek remedies, emphasizing the importance of adult support and representation by NGOs. It examines obstacles children face in accessing justice and proposes ways to overcome these challenges, underscoring the need for informed assistance and effective advocacy to ensure children's rights are upheld.
